I was invited to the awesome DaydreamerNessa's Halloween party and I wanted to make Isabelle from Animal Crossing. I asked my husband if he'd join a long as Villager since the costume is really simple. He obliged, and thus the costume was made!

I bought a blank red t-shirt, a sheet of light blue felt, and a sheet of white felt from my local Michael's. I made the number 1 patterns out of plain white computer printer paper and then cut out the number patterns out of the white and blue felt. I then found out where I wanted the number to lay, pinned the pieces on top and then top stitched them onto the shirt using a zig-zag stitch. Super easy! The yellow net was bought at Daiso. Shorts were bought at Tilly's.

This costume was so simple and easy to make. I even managed to somehow get my husband to wear it to Fanime 2017 (minus the orange nose) to go with my green dress Isabelle cosplay. He even managed to have photos taken with our Animal Crossing cosplay group.
